Podcast on social/consumer psychology

Podcast interview with Alain Samson, an independent research consultant and social/consumer psychologist at the London School of Economics. He discusses how his academic background in social/consumer psychology has shaped his word-of-mouth research, particularly advocacy. He also reveals his research findings about the Net Promoter Score’s strengths and weakness, and looks at how research into advocacy and co-creation could be aligned.
